Here's an easy post-workout smoothie recipe! All you need is:
-Half a banana
-Milk
-Protein powder
-Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
-Almond butter
Tip: Be careful not to put in too much almond butter because that can really overpower the taste of the smoothie!
Mix in a blender and enjoy!
Lol-ing at you almond butter tip because I just started adding it to my smoothies and totally experienced the over-powering flavour of excess quantities haha. I'm definitely going to try this recipe! I've been so hooked on my Nutribullet lately, so thanks for helping a sista out!
